Refund Policy

At Nature Blend Nutraceuticals, we aim to provide high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product lost during shipping

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof such as photos or videos.

Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed within 5 – 7 business days through the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after purchase

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Conditions for return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Invoice or order confirmation must be provided

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the replacement or refund.
